Founded in 2006, Light a Life Children's Fund began with one clear goal: to improve the quality of life of children in underserved communities.
What started as a small local initiative has grown into a life-changing programme supporting hundreds of children every year — giving them the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
Today, the Fund remains entirely volunteer-run, with zero administrative costs, ensuring that every rupee you give goes directly to the children and their families.

Every day, I had to walk about five kilometers to the preschool, carrying my child. The foundation gave me a bicycle to go to preschool. We also had no house to live in. They built a house for me and my child and gave all the necessary equipment for the house.
